INTERSETED IN SUBSTITUTING AT BLANCHARD?

We are always looking for substitutes. During a school year, the school uses substitute teachers over 500 times. Teachers are absent from school for illness, professional development and curriculum/committee work, and occasional personal days. By substituting, a person experiences some of the satisfaction inherent in teaching - to share in school culture, to connect with eager children and to
encourage a child's curiosity to learn. A person may be called to substitute to cover a teacher for a full day (8:45-3:00) or a half day (8:45-12:00 or 12:00-3:00). The school also works in conjunction with Acton Public Schools. You can choose whether to substitute for Blanchard only, Acton only or both school districts.
