There are living creatures all around the Blanchard grounds.  We have Great Blue Herons, Ducks and other birds, including a few(?) Canadian Geese.  We have beavers bats and woodchucks.  When we get pictures of the wildlife, especially if there is a story to go along with those pictures, we will put it up here.

Students noticed a couple of turtles  in a catch basin behind the cafeteria Mrs. Lortie rescued the two baby Snapping turtles.

She put them in the pond.   Where they promptly ran and hid under a rock.
